Anderson Financial Solutions and Insurance Services currently serves as benefits broker to over 50 employers, mostly in the Santa Barbara and Tri-Counties area. These companies range in size from very small family businesses, to employers with hundreds of employees located in various places around the nation and the world. We take great pride in providing independent, consultative service, matching the needs of both employers and their employees, and interfacing with insurance and benefit providers to find the right benefit solutions.
Since early 2013 our firm is joined with Arrow Benefits Group. This collaboration provides our firm with the back office, client support and resources to support and strategically manage rising costs in a very challenging and complex healthcare insurance field.
Enactment of the Affordable Care Act has greatly changed the health care landscape and no longer do you look to your broker to simply find the right health insurance plan. Today your broker must act as a consultant, an HR resource, plan administrator and a trusted advisor to be sure you are in compliance with the many new rules from the Department of Labor and other regulatory agencies.
Our Employee Benefits team is experienced in all aspects of the Employee Benefits world, with both insured and self-insured plans, as well as Voluntary Benefit plans.
Anderson Financial Solutions & Insurance Services also has substantial knowledge in Qualified Retirement Plans, both in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Employers turn to us for help in designing, funding and administering all types of retirement plans, such as 403-b, 401-k, 457-f, SEP-IRA and SIMPLE-IRA plans as well as Traditional IRA and Roth IRA plans.
